Does a matching code guarantee the liquid is genuine?
No. It means the code matches a registered record. Codes can be copied and packaging reused. Check the bottle, seal and purchase channel as well. A digital check cannot independently authenticate the liquid.
Why has my code already been checked?
You, a retailer or another holder may have checked it. A repeat check alone is not proof of a counterfeit. Review the first verification time and count. If they conflict with your purchase, leave the bottle unopened and contact the brand.
What if the camera does not open?
Allow camera access on the HTTPS website, or scan the label with your phone’s own camera. You can also choose a clear QR photo or enter the code manually. Some in-app browsers require opening Safari or Chrome.
Do I need to share personal information?
No account, name, phone number or precise location is needed for a basic check. QR images stay on your device. The live service records verification counts, times and short-term anti-abuse information; see the privacy notice.
